This cuvée with no added sulfites comes from the vineyards of Château Lamothe-Cissac. For several years now, Domaines Fabre has been orienting its growing practices to better protect the environment. This has led to HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) Level 3* certification for our properties as of the 2016 vintage. We act responsibly to protect the biodiversity of our vineyards by planting hedges and preserving auxiliary fauna.
In 2018, thanks to exceptional weather conditions and the determination of our technical team, we decided to vinify a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon cuvée with no added sulfites.
The main characteristics of this wine are an intense purple color, a very expressive nose and pronounced red fruit notes. It is also full-bodied on the palate, with fat, round tannins.
