Malbec flourishes ideally on the hill where we planted it. The limestone pebbles that dot the soil of this plot are perfectly suited to Malbec. We wanted this wine to be convivial and juicy, to be enjoyed over simple moments of sharing. So its freshness and fruitiness were preferred to its woodiness. It is perfect as an aperitif or with light dishes.
