OUR REBELLIOUS WHITE Our desire to innovate led us to create Carte blanche by Fabre, from the property's first plots of white grape varieties resistant to mildew and powdery mildew.
After several years of thought and preparation, our first white wine vintage saw the light of day in 2024. This ambitious project was motivated by the desire to explore new facets of the terroir and to meet growing demand for quality white wines. These resistant grape varieties help reduce our environmental impact, a fundamental value of our estate. Carte Blanche was born, its name referring to an original history of the estate. At the beginning of the 20th century, the previous owners lost the estate to the Biarritz casino.
