Investors GFA

Winegrower since 1982 at Domaines FABRE in Haut-Médoc, I, Vincent Fabre, experienced a big change in 2007 when buying back the shares of four of my brothers and sisters who wished to regain their independence.
Why in your opinion does a winegrower sell a part of his vineyard?
The margins obtained from our wine-growing estates allow me to reimburse the loan taken out on occasion of this transfer of shares. However, I wish to invest more concretely in the future to further improve the quality of our wines
The vineyard for sale includes a total surface of 13ha 92a 38ca planted with vines. This property belongs to Groupement Foncier Agricole (Landed Property Group) of Saint Vincent Château Landat, which rents its estate to Société d’Exploitation Agricole of Château Lamothe through a 25-year rural lease.
The association of the winegrower with wine lovers wishing to make a reliable long-term investment in our estate will develop a dynamic synergy beneficial for both parties.
The purchase of shares from a GFA (Landed Property Group) owning a beautiful vineyard located in the prestigious Haut-Medoc Appellation of the Bordeaux region is a very serious opportunity worthy of interest.

As a partner in our GFA, you will share with us our passion for producing Great Bordeaux wines. As such, my wife Florence and I will have the pleasure to receive you on the estate for discovering our cellar facilities, our vineyards and our wines.
