This summer, the winegrower needs to be watchful.
In the vineyard, the treatments against the parasites are continued.
Again removal of the suckers at the base of the vine stocks and second tying up followed by a new hedging. The leaf removal around the grape clusters begins. This improves the maturity, the fruit exposure and the protection against the risks of rot. The grapes start to redden. This colour change indicates that the ripening has begun.
